LinksPropType normalization: handle in_active_trail

Problem/Motivation

There is a boolean in_active_trail in menu links.

In order to handle 🐛 Menu item - Active in trail Active , I need to add an HTML attribute to keep this boolean and have JS (https://git.drupalcode.org/project/ui_suite_bootstrap/-/blob/5.1.x/asset...) or PHP ( 🐛 Language dropdown: active state Active ) aware of it.
