Facets do not update when using exposed form in block and AJAX

Problem/Motivation

Facets do not update as normal when using 'Exposed form in block' and AJAX. This makes it possible to get zero results.

Steps to reproduce

Create exposed filter facets in a searchapi view
Turn 'Exposed form in block' and 'Use AJAX' to yes
Place block using layout_builder or block layout
Click on facets to filter results.
