Copy image style effects optional when editing an image style effect

Problem/Motivation

Add the copy image style effect to derivative image styles option when editing an image style

Steps to reproduce

1. Install module
2. Add responsive image style
3. Edit the default image style (automatically created after settings)
4. Edit an image effect, eg. convert
5. See there's no option to change the format or quality for all derivative image styles

Proposed resolution

Add feature for editing image style effects when editing an effect on the default image style
