Fatal error when creating a rule using the "Set a user expiration date" action

Problem/Motivation

When attempting to create a new rule that would automatically set the expiration date of a users account to 1 week after any log in, I discovered that the rule action that comes with user_expire module is completely broken.

Steps to reproduce

Install Rules module.
Add a new reaction rule at /admin/config/workflow/rules/reactions/add
React on event: User has logged in
Label: Set expiration
Save
Add an action
Action: Set a user expiration date
Continue
Context variables
(User) Switch to data selection and choose "account"
(Expiration timestamp) Switch to data selection and choose "@rules.current_date_context:current_date"
