Remove "Skip this step" from the Site name installer step

Problem/Motivation

When installing Drupal CMS, in first two steps, there is a "skip this step" link to continue to the next step. While this makes sense in the first step (where it can have a meaning - I do not want to select anything additional, I just skip this), the link does not make sense in the second step (when setting a Site name).

The Site name has a default value, to technically there is nothing to skip, you just need to confirm that the value in the field is correct and what you want. There is nothing extra you can get from this step, which will be skipped in case the "skip this step" will be used. So I think we should consider removing this link from the second step. Fewer choices for the end user, the better.

Steps to reproduce

Install Drupal CMS
In all installer steps there is a "skip this step" link

Proposed resolution

Remove the "skip this step" link from the second step (Site name settings)
