Add option to use other storage methods

Test from 📌 Create tests for the basic functionality of the module Active also fails with session, hopefully the test is not just wrong... Are we sure the user is logged out in the test and all settings and preconditions are correct?

Added "none" for registration tracking: ✨ Allow and document registration tracking without a persistent storage Active

This is a major change also changing the outer API, e.g. services, so we should use 2.x!

WOHOOOOOO!! Finally also fixed all the tests! Ready for review!
