Update to Rector 2.0

Problem / Motivation

PHPStan 2.0 has been released and Rector is now preparing a 2.0 release to support PHPStan 2.0.

PHPStan 2.0 support has already been committed to rector and is in 2.0-rc2.

Core is also moving to PHPStan 2: 📌 Bump PHPStan to version 2.0.0 Active

So it would be great to get this module to also support PHPStan 2/ Rector 2.
