Problem/Motivation

- Remove uuid from exported config
- Update default config for Olivero?
- Declare config schema
- Composer.json: remove core dependency
- Add README.md
- Add installation instruction to get Composer asset
- Change code to oop code
- Apply code quality tools: PHPCS, PHPMD, PHPStan, etc.
- gitlab-ci.yml: remove comments
- Update project page
- Check syntax in libraries.yml:

    /libraries/container-picture-element/dist/container-picture.global.js: {}: { attributes: { type: module } }
