Creating marketing material for promoting the event. Creating the ticketing on eventbrite. Cold-calling companies to spread the information about the event. Creating an event page on drupal.org. Reaching out to community members via slack and via targeting on social media. Promoting the event via social media (Linkedin and Instagram). Organizing a videographer and photographer for the event to create material for digital promotion.
