Add developer / debug mode

Did not know about the ability to trap events! Definitly agree.

Generally, you can debug everything through window.posthog.debug(), but that doesn't involve trapping the events.

This should also include outputting information on $conditionsChecker to see where posthog is being output and where not, as this easily brings us into trouble, also see 📌 Reduce conditions to useful ones Active
