Cannot download Drupal CMS zip

It consistently works for me, so I guess I cannot reproduce this. Closing for now but please reopen if it persists for you and I'll escalate it to the Drupal Association.

i get this message:

after go to https://git.drupalcode.org and click accept button the problem fixed.

Reopening, because the link on https://new.drupal.org/drupal-cms/release-candidate does not work for me.

https://drupal.org/drupal-cms/1.0.0-rc1.zip - 404 not found

There was a mistake made on our end which removed the zip file, hence the 404. The link should work again.
