Problem/Motivation

There seems to be an issue where it doesn't have the logic to solve something, for instance to remove the display label on view mode, where it still will say that it changed something unspecific on the view mode, leading the assistant to think that based on the users prompt this is what has changed.

Steps to reproduce

* Ask to remove the display label on the deafult view mode on some field.

Proposed resolution

Make sure that the change and creation messages are only sent if actual diffs have happened.
