Move out experimental agents to a submodule

Problem/Motivation

Only the field agent, node type agent and vocabulary agent is getting production ready for now, move out the other agents into a submodule called "Experimental Agents" that is set to experimental.

Proposed resolution

Move them, if one of them are enabled make an update hook that enables the submodule
