This is a child issue of ✨ Allow to override extension by introducing plugin weights / priorities Active which introduces extensions priorities in the GraphQL module.

Problem/Motivation

I would like to override the types and fields that are defined in the extensions that ship with GraphQL Core Schema in my custom module.

Proposed resolution

A simple way to achieve this would be to introduce a weight or priority on the SchemaExtension plugin annotation, so any extensions that need to override existing third-party extensions can be given a lower priority.
