Export entity from link in CKEditor

Problem/Motivation

When exporting content that uses CKEditor and Link widget, we can have the link like

<a href="/node/28" data-entity-type="node" data-entity-uuid="a5f8ec27-12a9-42e3-b70e-bc04db3e95d9" data-entity-substitution="canonical">

But href will not be correct after content import.

I suggest to export linked entity and import it before processing text, then href can be replaced by new id of newly exported content.

Similar to ✨ Export entities fron link field with uri entity:node/nid Active

going to test in a few real projects, if all good will merge it

Tested on real project with a complex migration by using this module, no issues spotted after last fixes pushed to the MR.
