Relabel "CMS" Klaro App to "Functional"

Problem/Motivation

Regular users typically don't know what a "CMS" is. So the term is correct, but confusing and maybe terrifying for users.

Typically, these required system cookies, e.g. session are simply called "Functional" or "Functional Cookies".

I'd vote to relabel them to be less confusing.

Technically the name can be kept of course, I'm just talking about the user-facing label.
