Changing approve message of comment

I am working here.

I changed approve message of comment. Like
@count Comments are approved successfully.
But I think we can do success message more friendly. This action is applying for all actions and we need to set similar type of message for each action.

Doesn't appear to be a bug but more a feature request.

Probably will need submaintainer sign off and usability review.
