social_path_manager doesn't have a hook uninstall

Problem/Motivation

This module installs three configs but don't remove them once you disable the module.

Steps to reproduce

Enable the module
Disable the module
Try to re-enable the module, you'll have an issue that configs are already present

Proposed resolution

Implement hook_uninstall and remove the configs
