Menu settings is visible even no available menus selected

Problem/Motivation

I tried to use this module in my recipe, but there are a few minor problems with UI/UX. Editor can see the "Menu settings" section during node edit even if no available menu is selected.

Steps to reproduce

Open content type edit form.
Disable all "Available menus"
Go to node add/edit form and scroll to the "Menu settings"

Proposed resolution

Update menu_ui_async_widget_form_node_form_alter() accordingly.
