Default parent link field is visible even if no menus are selected

Problem/Motivation

I tried to use this module in my recipe, but there are a few minor problems with UI/UX. Found another issue related to the content type edit form. The default parent link field is visible even if no menus are selected.

Steps to reproduce

Open content type edit form.
Disable all "Available menus"
"Default parent link" is still visible and available for edit

Proposed resolution

This issue is related to the admin JS provided by the menu_ui module. Since some selectors changed JS not working anymore. I think we can just copy-paste existing JS and add minor required changes. This is much more mindful than overriding the existing library and compromising its stability.
