Progress bar not showing up for Anonymous users. Getting "Uncaught ReferenceError: Drupal is not defined" in the console.

Problem/Motivation

While the Progress bar loads fine for logged in users, it does not show up for the Anonymous users. The following error message is thrown on the console:

Steps to reproduce

  1. Complete the installation and configuration of the module.
  2. View the page as Anonymous user.

Proposed resolution

Add the following to reading_progress_bar.libraries.yml
- core/drupal
