Project init script error "hostname: command not found"

Problem/Motivation

When running the init script, an error occurs if the hostname command is not installed:

scripts/local/includes/constants.sh: line 8: hostname: command not found

Proposed resolution

Do not execute the hostname command. Its output is not used anywhere.
