Better style tour block button

1. The negative transition allows it to go under elements above it. The effect is cool, but needs to not run into other elements.
2. The SVG outline icon is harder to read than the Tour button in the Admin UI. Instead of using an SVG, could you use a ? with a border around it, or what the admin UI buttons use?
