[PP-1] Give recipes a way to group and organize their inputs, when they are presented in a form

Problem/Motivation

This is blocked on ✨ Add a trait for forms that want to collect input on behalf of a recipe Active . That issue added a small API for forms to collect input values on behalf of a recipe and its dependencies.

But what if you are trying to apply a recipe that, between it and its dependencies, has a big ol' pile of inputs? That would get messy and confusing. It would be better if recipes had some way to ensure that their inputs were grouped and organized, relative to those of other recipes.
