Padding on <button> Tags affects Klaro icon

Problem/Motivation

Since the icon to open the Klaro settings is a button-Element page-wide CSS rules for padding can affect it and deform the icon.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Klaro
2. Add global CSS rule on buttons modifying padding (e.g. padding: 0.8em 1.8em;)
The Icon is now wider and loops inside it's container

Proposed resolution

Explicity set padding for the icon in the module.
