Feedback request on AddToAny information

I recently read up on some of the (current and older) issues for the AddToAny 💬 Update on 3rd party tracking and recommendations Active module.

I tried to summarize my findings and ask the most pertinent questions regarding third-party sharing, privacy concerns, etc. in the AddToAny issue queue:

It got a very quick answer and was closed by one of the maintainers, but I was wondering if another, similar module maintainer or person with a good understanding might be able to weigh in as well to provide information from several viewpoints?
