Update module categories to use sentence case

Usually, sentence case is used for taxonomy terms too. I think the decision to use title case was taken in another issue, but I could not say which one exactly. I remember module categories have been changed recently, and that issue should have a comment saying why was decided to use the title case.

The categories are now updated. It will take some time for these edits to make it into the API for project browser. If it is significant, we can either reopen this issue, or a followup issue.
