Problem/Motivation

I attempted to eliminate the use of jQuery in #3482416; however, I believe we should change our approach and avoid using JavaScript for confirmation purposes.

Proposed resolution

Instead of using JavaScript for confirmation, create a confirmation form.

User interface changes

Add a new button labeled 'Uninstall' at the top of /admin/config/private-message/config. When users click on it, prompt them for confirmation.
