In Drupal Version 10.3.5, " Insert Image using Imce File Manager' on WYSIWYG Content leads to blank screen

Changes are made on on 11.x (our main development branch) first, and are then back ported as needed according to our policies.

I didn't find the string "Insert Image using Imce File Manager" in Drupal core. What are the complete steps to reproduce the issue → starting from "Install Drupal core"?

Since we need more information to move forward with this issue, I am setting the status to Postponed (maintainer needs more info). If we don't receive additional information to help with the issue, it may be closed after three months.
