In Assistants the state of all solved tasks remains

Problem/Motivation

If you ask the assistant to generate a node type and then to generate a field type on the node type it will respond that it did both on the second request.

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Check if this is in the action plugin or the assistant api.
Create ticket on AI module if assistant api.
Make sure that only the last actions results are kept as results for basing the answer on.
