Offering to co-maintain Vocabulary description length

I contacted the maintainer using the contact form when this issue was created. But I haven't heard back yet.

Since the project is covered from the security advisory policy, site/project moderators will not add as maintainers/co-maintainers/owner people who cannot opt projects into security advisory coverage.

Only the project maintainers can decide to accept the offer.

I am closing this issue since there has not been any follow-up action as described in How to become project owner, maintainer, or co-maintainer → from the person who opened this offer.
