User is not able to view previous threads

Problem/Motivation

"Load previous" link is not displayed inside the inbox block

Steps to reproduce

Add a inbox block
Create a few messages to a different users, more when "Number of threads to show"
"Load previous" is not displayed.

Update code
Add tests

I performed some tests, and I cannot see 'Load previous.' For me, it is not fixed in the latest version.
