Problem/Motivation

On following of this CR: https://www.drupal.org/node/3404140 →
There are 3 instances in the form directory where configFormBase is extended and typedConfigManager is directly passed in the constructor.

Proposed resolution

Either fix them with backward compatibility or provide minimum support of D10.2
