Needs Navigation (core module) support

Problem/Motivation

Current release of the module only works with Toolbar.
Drupal 11 and Drupal CMS are moving towards Navigation.

Steps to reproduce

Enable Navigation module
Confirm there is no way to load the DubBot widget.

Proposed resolution

Support both Toolbar and Navigation modules.

    Moving this to the next release as the Navigation module is experimental and has changed (and may change again) how things are placed in the toolbar.
