Current DubBot iframe doesn't allow for highlighting of the issues it has identified.
This would be a new feature to the module.
The iframe will need to be updated to allow users to use the iframe by clicking an issue and have it highlight identified issues on the Drupal site.
DubBot team has provided updated JavaScript that will be loaded as an external library.

We need to use the custom "DubbotHighlight" class in this JavaScript file to initialize
new DubbotHighlight(previewPaneSelector, dubbotApiUrl)

JavaScript will need to be able to communicate between DubBot Iframe and Drupal page.

This has been tested internally but if anyone wants to take a look at the changes and suggest improvements I am always open to that.
This is a nice feature enhancement.
Seems to be working for me.
Merged into the 2.x branch. Not sure why 2.x is not coming up as the issue parent.. will investigate.
