Delete the project ai_ecosystem_recipe

Hi,

I hope this is the right issue queue. I just added the project https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_ecosystem_recipe → as a module because I thought that was how you created recipes.

Later I realized my mistake and that it should be a general project. The code is now moved to https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_ecosystem → that is a general project, that is correct and working.

Would it be possible to remove https://www.drupal.org/project/ai_ecosystem_recipe → , since it was just created?
