When a user or a role is deleted, cleanup the node_access tables

@joey-santiago I am unable to reproduce this issue because the rows in the node_access table were deleted when the role and user were deleted and i think it is working well because hooks written in .module files working fine.
Can you please check and give more details if i missed something.

Absolutely, you're right. I created the ticket for myself to remember doing something and i haven't explained correctly the issue.

I checked this again, and the function here: https://git.drupalcode.org/project/access_by_taxonomy/-/blob/1.0.x/src/A... already does what we need. So I think we can close this.
