First off thanks for a great module, I use it on a few projects now!
That said, it is the last module on our list needed for a D11 release and noticed it's been about a year since the last release.
I'm offering to help co-maintain this! If you check my project you'll see I maintain/co-maintain almost 40 modules as well as a sub-maintainer of 3 components on core.
My general game plan is to start a new dev branch, in this case 3.0.x for 10.3 + 11.
Reason I've done it this way is that 10.3 and 11 are closely aligned in that we can add typehints, use attributions vs annotations, and don't have to worry about covering php7.4 from D9.
Also with a jump site admins have to manually update vs just a "composer update" and thus more likely to see the full change log.
