Drop support for versions of Drupal older than 10.3

Problem/Motivation

In order to use some new features in Drupal core, we must drop support for older versions.

At the moment Drupal 10.3 is the oldest supported version. so I propose setting the minimum drupal core version to 10.3 in the next minor release of this project.

Proposed resolution

Set the minimum Drupal core version to at least 10.3.0 in the 4.1.x version
