I received this notice after upgrading to PHP 8

Deprecated function: str_replace(): Passing null to parameter #2 ($replace) of type array|string is deprecated in OAuth2ServerScopeUIController->__construct() (line 20 of /sites/all/modules/contrib/oauth2_server/includes/oauth2_server.scope_admin.inc).
