Saves unchecked checkboxes

I added checkbox field into my multifield field.
Like this:

  '#type' => 'checkbox',
  '#title' => $this->t('Check it!'),
  '#default_value' => FALSE,
]

Even checkbox is unchecked this multivalue element is saved.

Patch is coming.
