Add support for menu_block

Problem/Motivation

The bem_base isn't available when u use the Menu Block → module, because it uses a different base_plugin_id

Steps to reproduce

  • Install the Menu Block module
  • Place a new menu block
  • Verify that the bem_base isn't available

Proposed resolution

Add in bem_preprocess_block the menu_block as base_plugin_id
