Delete unused color.js file and remove from library definitions.

Problem/Motivation

While reading 📌 Fix ESLint Errors following Drupal coding standards and best practices Active I saw that there were a lot of style issues with the color.js library, so I decided to look into fixing them, when I couldn't find anywhere that actually required the library within the module.

I removed the entire color.js file from my copy of environment indicator and do not notice any difference in function.
