No configuration available after updating to 3.0.0

When I upgrade this module from 2.0.12 to 3.0.0, the class field still appears on block configuration pages, but all of the classes that were previously there are gone and the settings pages for the module are nowhere to be found (admin/config/content/block-class/settings and admin/config/content/block-class/list result in 404 pages).

Am I missing an upgrade step? I looked around in the release notes but didn't see anything.

    In version 3.0.0, the configuration form has been completely removed. The settings page and the list page are no longer available, and there is no mention of this change in the release notes. However, the module's core functionality for adding block classes remains the same.

    Thanks for the information. Seems like something the maintainers would want to note for users, not just for transparency but primarily because it's essentially a breaking change.
