Problem/Motivation

Since June 2023, Drupal.org enabled GitLab CI for testing purposes. GitLab CI is now preferred over DrupalCI for testing.
This issue tracks progress towards migrating from the deprecated DrupalCI to GitLab CI.

phpstan job will be fixed at 📌 Drupal 11 compatibility Active and PHPUnit in a separate issue.

The code has been committed and will be a part of the next module release.
