[2.0.0-beta4] LinksPropType normalization minor update

Problem/Motivation

Using the ui_suite_daisyui with a view mini-pager, we can see that normalizeLinks function of LinksPropType Prop type is not carefully casting link titles. for example, an integer as a link title would produce a bad exception

let's correct that
