The current warning text is quite long, quite technical, and quite scary. For a normal user, it's probably more friendly if we kindly ask them to "please use another password".
- Default to a shorter, simpler warning.
- Make the warning text configurable.
- Token for occurrences?
- Tests?
- Review.
- A new text box in the policy config requesting you for the warning message, with a default.
- Should the warning text change, it's the same text that shows up in the alert.

Sent up an MR. Also decided to drop the rendering of occurrences in the message, feels like that's a technical detail a regular user doesn't really need.
I agree we could tone it down a bit, however I feel like we need to tell them it has been exposed in data breaches. That's what this module is all about.
