Fix broken active menu in Admin Toolbar on Claro Theme after updating to Drupal Core 10.3.6

Problem/Motivation

After updating to Drupal Core 10.3.6, the active menu in the Admin Toolbar is no longer functioning correctly when using the Claro theme. Active menu items are always displayed in black with the ::before icon, making it difficult to distinguish them.

In Drupal 10.3.x, the active menu items are styled with a black text color and a white background. However, in Varbase, the background remains black, causing a visibility issue.

Steps to reproduce

Update to Drupal 10.3.6 with Varbase 9.1.6

Proposed resolution

To fix this, the active menu item color needs to be changed to white to ensure proper contrast and readability.
