Cannot remove media

bhuvaneshwar → changed the visibility of the branch 3478965-remove-media-button to hidden.

Thanks for creating this issue. I saw this pre-Barcelona but unfortunately didn't get around to reporting it in the flurry of activiity.

Fixed phpcs and phpstan issues and have updated the MR, please review it.
