Tagify select doesn't empty value

I don't think this fix addresses the issue.

The problem is if you leave the field blank on a tagify select field, it set the value as the first item in the select list when it should stay blank.

Have you had a chance to test the solution?

In the meantime, I've implemented a temporary workaround to address the issue with the Select widget, as it currently does not function correctly when both limited and required.
